Community Band plays for Hometown Hockey

Rogers Hometown Hockey was in Williams Lake this weekend.  There's a bunch of hockey related activities, including retired NHL players and Ron McLean, and a large screen broadcast of the NHL game on Main Street.

The community band put together a pep band that played at Stampeders Games on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.  The Stampeders are our local Senior Men's AA club.

We had a blast!

And here's a link to the video.

Sally Ann Kettle

This month Leo and I  sang Thursday afternoons at the Wholesale Club to raise money for the Salvation Army.  Here we have special guests from the men's choir and Samuel with his soprano saxophone.

Here's another shot of the two of us singing with Samuel's father:

Various friends, acquaintances and strangers came by to shop joined in on a tune or two.
