Mark, Leo and Connie went for a hike in Sabino Canyon, possibly Tucson's most popular park.
Also possibly the densest concentration of saguaro cactus in the area. They are not as big as the ones in Catalina Park however.
We hiked down to Sabino dam. The dam has long since filled with silt so it holds no water. It does make a pretty falls.
Things we saw:
Prickly pear chewed on by javelin (collared peccaries) or possibly deer
Verdin
A jaunty cardinal
