We didn't get out to Sweetwater Park till 9:30 am, after all we had to recover from our early start the day before. Despite the late start and a general feeling of the birds being not very active, we did have a good day.
Some highlights:
Rough-winged swallow
Ladder-backed woodpecker. Bird of the Day!
Not just birds -
Turtles
This Cottontail rabbit was to fast for the camera!
But the absolute highlight of the day was spotting a bobcat standing still in the shade of a tree waiting for prey.
